World Blood Donor Day

June 14th, 2010 is World Blood Donor Day.

Mark your calendars, it’s coming up quick!

Have you ever thought about donating blood but never made the time to do it? Do you have questions about where or what the process is?  Now is a GREAT time to start.

If you are in the Spokane Area, the Inland Northwest Blood Center is the place to go. To look at their website click here. You can find all the information you’ll need.

The process is simple and rewarding. It feels great to donate PLUS you get free snacks! Blood is something you can spare yet there is still not enough to go around. By donating blood you will help ensure blood is on the shelf when needed – most people don’t think they’ll ever need blood, but many do.

Be someone’s hero – you may help as many as three people with just one donation.

Race for the Cure

We had a great time walking with the 8,800+ participants this year! The Synergy Team (Sabrina, Leslie, & Gayle, as well as our family members Tom, Quinn and Hayley) enjoyed a leisurely stroll through downtown, finishing in approximately 1 hour 22 minutes.

Yoga Open House SATURDAY February 27 from 9-2

Come check out our Yoga classes and sign-up for the upcoming spring session! There will be samples of all the different classes we offer, specifically designed for beginning students as well as those recovering from injuries.

All classes today will be offered free of charge. Karma donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted to be donated to Spokane Valley Partners.
